No this is not my child. Please don't be offended, but there was a little girl in a boys' swimming suit (no top) AND it was on backwards...but she didn't know it. She played right along with the big kids. I couldn't resist...but I'm not a child predator.

Aww...sweet girl. I know about this "problem" too. I was in the park a few weeks back taking photos and I asked these grandparents if I could take a pic of their grand(son). He was in shorts, no shirt, and just running around really cute. It wasn't until later that they pulled out HER lace shirt to put on her. SHE was about 7 or 8 and SHE was wearing no shirt running around the park. I was embarrassed...for her...and for me.
