An update...

You know this whole blogging thing started out as a way for Pandamom and I to know what was going on in each other lives (for me that is). I was slow to start and leery of the internet and the unknown. After all these years, I'm still leery and still uneducated as to how to do many things on my blog. Since we are planning to come back to the states, I may end my blog in favor of something else. What that something else is...I'm unsure. Just warning you that I'm thinking of a big change.

I love the anonimity of this blog, but find myself wanting to share so many details of this life we are living, yet uncomfortable with putting it all out there for any pervert or weirdo to have access to.  Not that I'm calling you a pervert or that I think there are any following this blog, but my children are precious cargo in this life I'm traveling and I want to keep them protected in whatever ways I can, in spite of my technological ignorance. I know with FB being so popular and people saying where they are and what they are doing at every moment of the day...I'm in the minority.

Anyway, I appreciate your patience with me and you checking on us periodically. Please know there is so much more I want to say, but am struggling with what is the balance.

An update: We are waiting on our court date in order to officially adopt our twins. We will still have to wait up to 5 months after that to bring them home.

The Prince is CRAZY busy at school. He has a mission trip coming up and right after that the lead in the spring musical. If he can survive that with his grades and heart in tact, we'll call it a victory.

The Princess has recently gotten help for an issue that was steaking joy from her life. It's amazing the difference in her now that she knows what the problem was and has the ability to cope with it.

The King and I continue to study language. We are coming to the end of our time on student visas and assessing where God wants us. We feel like it is here, in this country, with these people who don't know Him or have the same ability to hear that we have in the states. When we first came over here, many thought it was a one time thing, and I confess, I thought it might be. Bur God has shown us that He has more in store for these people and has invited us to join Him. That's not an invitation we're willing to forgo.

We are making plans for a stay in the states of about 5 months, could  be longer. We'll see.

Hmmm. I guess that's about all for now.

I really, really want to talk to you. I think about you almost every day and lift you up every time I think of you. It seems strange that I would think so often of someone that I haven't talked to in such a long time but I do. I love you and would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to see you when you are in the states.
